SHIPPING POLICY
DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship our jewelry via USPS first class mail or priority mail depending on the destination and the option you prefer at checkout.​​

All in-stock items generally take 2-5 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. USPS First class mail and Priority mail takes about 1-3 days for delivery.

An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the email, or check the My Account section on the website.
We provide tracking number for first class mail and priority mail shipping.​​
The shipping fee is non refundable, unless we shipped an incorrect item or the item has a defect.

DAMAGE, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please ensure your address is correct. If the package is return to the sender (Fetutti Jewelry) due to an error in the shipping address enter by the customer, the customer will be responsible to pay for the shipping.

If a package was delivered to the shipping address that the customer provided at checkout, Fetutti Jewelry is not responsible if the package gets lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case the customer should reach out to USPS directly.
